Demi Lovato Confirmed She Broke Up With Boyfriend Austin Wilson In The Strangest Way
Demi Lovato is a member of the new generation because the day of using big-time Hollywood agents and representatives to confirm relationships and breakups is over. The 27-year-old ended her relationship with heavily tattooed Austin Wilson and news agencies called all of their sources to confirm but there is no better source than hearing it straight from direct messages the singer sent herself.
Demi and Austin dated for months and announced their relationship very publicly with loving Instagram snaps in early November. Sadly, the two split just before the holiday season.

How Did She Confirm The Breakup?
PEOPLE confirmed with their Demi source.
“She’s concentrating on herself and her work right now, as well as focusing on her relationship with God,” their source said. “She’s excited for what this next chapter in 2020 will bring.”
But Lovato also reached out to a fan account and had a very open conversation about her split from Wilson. The fan account posted screenshots of the direct messages the star sent asking for the "fans" to go easy on Austin post-split.
"Please don't go after him. He's a good guy. Much better than what people see on the outside just because he's got a lot of tattoos," Demi continued. "Breakups are hard for both parties involved. Just stay nice and say prayers."
She Focusing On Music
The conversation with Demi continued and the follower who runs the fan account ended the messages exchange by making sure that the star is doing "okay" and asking her to stay strong.
Demi confirmed she is doing just fine and teased her new music.
"I am okay. Cause God is on my side. Thanks boo, hope you like the new music soon!"
The last post the singer shared was simply a black image and she said she will be checking out to focus on her art.
"The next time you hear from me, I’ll be singing...." Demi wrote in the caption of her last post.
New Tattoo
The timing of the breakup is strange considering awesome lingerie photos just circulated last week that revealed that Demi got the word, "survivor" tattooed on her neck.
She got the ink to celebrate a year of sobriety after she was rushed to the hospital for an overdose. In addition, Wilson shared the cool pictures to his feed where Demi Lovato is seen wearing a lacy black bra while holding onto him. "My girlfriend is hot AF," he captioned the sultry shot.
Love is a fickle beast, one day you have it, the next day it's gone. We can't wait for the new music though!
