She's A Survivor
The singer is gearing up for an amazing 2020 and she inked a reminder to tell her that her spirit is not easily broken. A picture of Demi's new neck tattoo popped up online and now she will always have the word "survivor" tatted on her neck.
She used the ink to mark a year of sobriety after her near-fatal overdose. Famous celebrity tattoo artist, Dr. Woo shared Demi's new ink and wrote, "On a real one 💪🏼🙏🏼 @ddlovato #hideawayatsuitex #slimneedle."
Her Grammys performance will mark be one of the first major performances since her turbulent road to sobriety.
The "Cool For The Summer" artist confirmed that she is single in the weirdest way. She ended her relationship with heavily tattooed Austin Wilson late last month and she actually confirmed it in direct messages with a fan account.
Lovato had a very open conversation about her split from Wilson with a popular fan-run Instagram account. The fan page posted screenshots of the direct messages the star sent asking the "fans" to go easy on Austin post-split.
"Please don't go after him. He's a good guy. Much better than what people see on the outside just because he's got a lot of tattoos," Demi continued. "Breakups are hard for both parties involved. Just stay nice and say prayers."
