Delusional ‘Survivor’ Contestant Has Complete Meltdown

During the reward challenge on Survivor Wednesday night, Debbie struggled to get across a balance beam — although, if you ask her, she practically ran across it. After the competition, Debbie said that she got across in two minutes, while Hali took 10 minutes and cost them the challenge. Unfortunately for Debbie, that couldn’t have been further from the case.

During the challenge, host Jeff Probst said, “Mana was in the lead, but they are dead last now as Debbie drops again. She has lost a lot of time.” And that was just one of the many times Jeff pointed out Debbie’s struggles.

When they got back to camp, Debbie had a complete meltdown, blaming Brad and Hali for their failure. She thought Brad was being a dictator during the challenge, forcing her to do the balance beam portion of the course, but she was the one who volunteered. In the middle of her meltdown, Debbie claimed, “I don’t explode in anger … I don’t get pissed.” Although she also said, “It’s nauseating, frustrating, and I’m pissed.”

Mana didn’t have to go to tribal council, so Debbie’s constant contradictions and meltdown didn’t hurt her game … yet.

Survivor airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. on CBS.
