Delta Air Lines Elevates the Concert Experience Across Three Nights at Billboard’s the Stage at SXSW

Delta Air Lines recently took center stage at Billboard’s the Stage at SXSW over three nights at the Moody Amphitheater, showcasing its commitment to premium experiences for SkyMilesⓇ Members both in-flight and on the ground. Partnering with Billboard, Delta transformed the concert experience, focusing on comfort, convenience, and access to more rewards for its Members.

Traditionally, concert-goers endured long lines for entry, but this year, Delta rewarded attendees who were SkyMilesⓇ Members with expedited access, ensuring Members could bypass the queues and swiftly gain priority. Furthermore, while attendees waited, Brand Ambassadors circulated and served refreshing drinks.

Members also gained admission to the SkyMilesⓇ Lounge which provided a place to relax and connect. At the oasis, Delta offered complimentary inventive cocktails from a curated drinks menu such as Journey After Landing and Chasing Sunsets along with delightful snacks including black peppered meatballs with truffle crema and tajin seasoned popcorn.

Inside the lounge, attendees indulged in personalized experiences, including a custom embroidery station where they could create their own bandanas and hats, serving as cherished mementos of the evening. Their presence authentically brought the Delta experience to the concert itself, providing a warm welcome and thoughtful moments for our SkyMilesⓇ Members. Interacting with these representatives added an extra level of joy for those attending the event.
