Deion Sanders Teases Jacquees With Short Jokes As Daughter Celebrates Pregnancy

Deion Sanders is having fun with daughter Deiondra Sanders and Jacquees’ pregnancy announcement. On Thursday (April 18), Deion uploaded a video to the family’s YouTube channel. The NFL Hall of Famer reacted to his eldest daughter’s recent Instagram post celebrating her boo’s birthday. But, in natural Sanders fashion, he joked on Jacq, clowning his height. After gently teasing his daughter for always “having the stomach out,” he then teased the “little man.”
“Look at her little man, little baby. Look at her!” he said, laughing. “He can’t take that kind of picture, man. Dawg. Come on dawg. You going to be in the family. Come on man, you got to stand up.” His son, Deion Sanders Jr., then joined in on the fun, cracking, “He’s shorter than her!”
As the video continued, “Neon” Deion finally got in touch with his daughter. He jokingly told her that he couldn’t take pictures where she towered over Jacquees. “You can’t do your little man like that, you can’t take no picture in heels. You can’t do that man like that that’s my dawg. If he in the family we got to take care of him.”
While it appears the family is in great spirits, Deion recently expressed opposite views on becoming a grandparent. People reported that the ex-MLB player admitted having difficulty accepting his new role. Sanders, 56, stated that “not one thing” is exciting about his grandfather status. Deion revealed he is “proud” of his daughter for “waiting.” However, he wants to ensure that Deiondra is mentally prepared to become a mom.
“I’m proud of my baby that she at least waited until her thirties to give me this gift of life,” the Colorado Buffaloes head coach said. “I’m happy about that, but I want to make sure she’s straight emotionally and psychologically as well.”
Deiondra and Jacquees announced they were expecting a baby in March 2024.
