The Writers Guild’s 2020 WGA Awards became the final major guild to weigh in this awards season Saturday with its concurrent ceremonies in Los Angeles and New York. The screenplays for Parasite and Jojo Rabbit won the top film honors at the ceremony, cementing their status as ones to beat at the Oscars next weekend.

HBO took the top awards on the TV side tonight, with wins for Succession (Drama Series and Episodic Drama), Barry (Comedy Series), Chernobyl (Long Form Original), Watchmen (New Series) and Last Week Tonight With John Oliver (Comedy/Variety Talk).
