Dead Mount Death Play is a dark fantasy anime TV show based on the namesake manga series written by Ryohgo Narita and illustrated by Shinta Fujimoto. The plot follows The Corpse God, a powerful necromancer who is seemingly killed by the hero, Sir Shagrua Edith Lugrid, and finds himself in the body of a boy named Polka Shinoyama in a more modern world.
