Jason Momoa is headed to Nashville to perform at Cannery Hall alongside his newly-formed band, ÖOF TATATÁ.

The band will hit the stage Tuesday at 7:30 p.m.

The band' evening in Nashville is presented alongside Meili Vodka, Momoa's vodka brand, and will include a custom Meili cocktail menu.

There isn't much out there about the origins of ÖOF TATATÁ, aside from the fact that Momoa shreds on the bass, Kenny Dale Borill plays the drums and Mike Hayes performs lead vocals and plays guitar.

To date, Momoa's band has under 5,000 followers on Instagram and only started posting at the end of April.

The trio played their first show together at a party in New Zealand mid-April. It featured bouncing electric bass and appearances from Rita Ora and Jack Black on vocals.

It's important to note that Momoa and Black recently wrapped filming "Minecraft" the movie together, slated to release on April 4, 2025—perhaps a reason for Black's guest appearance.

The band's original performance in New Zealand, too, could hold some significance.

The band's name translates to "Oof, Almost" in Māori, the language of the Māori people, the indigenous Polynesian people of mainland New Zealand. Today, around 4% of New Zealanders speak the language.

The band covered Black Sabbath, Hendrix, Zeppelin, Metallica and Stevie Nicks, according to Music Radar.

Now, the brand-new band will make its way to Nashville on its first tour and one of its first shows in Tennessee (the band performed in Bozeman, Montana, at the end of April).
