DAYS Spoilers Weekly Update: Two New Spectator Employees

Spoilers for the week of April 29 – May 3, 2024 on Days of Our Lives tease a surprise at The Spectator after two Salemites just got new jobs at the paper.

Monday, April 22, 2024, Episode #14840

Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) told Paulina (Jackée Harry) she’s lucky to be alive after sneaking out of isolation, and reminded her she exposed Johnny (Carson Boatman), Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes), and especially Chanel (Raven Bowens) to radiation. After their less-than-ideal honeymoon, Johnny surprised Chanel with a serenade. Ava (Tamara Braun) sneaked into the Bistro and searched for Clyde’s (James Read) black book while Harris (Steve Burton) stood guard. When Stefan (Brandon Barash) showed up inside, Ava covered up by saying she had come to get the rest of her things and never found Clyde’s book. Meanwhile, Kate (Lauren Koslow) doubled down on Harris for not being more help with Lucas’ (Bryan Dattilo) exoneration.

Tuesday, April 23, 2024, Episode #14841

Once again, Eric (Greg Vaughan) questioned Sloan (Jessica Serfaty) about overhearing Leo (Greg Rikaart) talking to her on the phone about him, and later wondered about her missing money. Tate (Leo Howard) helped out Roman (Josh Taylor) at the pub and waited on Holly (Ashley Puzemis). After confiding in Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) about Bella, Theresa (Emily O’Brien) offered him a massage. At the DiMera Mansion, EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) assured Kristen (Stacy Haiduk, who will star in a Lifetime movie this weekend) he’s going nowhere at DiMera Enterprises. Later, Nicole (Arianne Zucker, who just revealed her final DAYS airdate) and Brady (Eric Martsolf) discussed their friendship after everything their kids have done.

Wednesday, April 24, 2024, Episode #14842

Outside the pub, Stephanie informed Jada that Everett (Blake Berris) signed the divorce papers. When Everett showed up to do some work, he typed out his name for his article and something clearly snapped in him. He forgot he had already seen Stephanie outside when she walked into the pub with Tripp (Lucas Adams). At the DiMera Mansion, Stefan and Kristen tried to figure out who killed Li (Remington Hoffman). Kristen later visited Wendy (Victoria Grace) to tell her that DiMera would like to create a scholarship in Li’s memory. Harris told Ava that she can stay at his place until she finds her own, and come up with a new plan to retrieve Clyde’s black book. Later, Tripp told Wendy he booked them a trip to Hong Kong.

Thursday, April 25, 2024, Episode #14843

Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) called Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) and Xander (Paul Telfer) over to tell them about her upcoming marriage to Konstantin (John Kapelos). Theresa continued flirting with Alex as she left Titan, and later ran into Konstantin, who asked for an update on Alex. When Alex got a call from Kristen, he came over for a fake hookup that turned into a real one.

Friday, April 26, 2024, Episode #14844

Leo agreed to help Eric get a job at The Spectator, and talked Chad (Billy Flynn) into hiring him. Nicole also showed up seeking a job at the paper. While trying to understand Sloan’s finances and why she’s been paying for a room at the Salem Inn, Eric came to the conclusion that Sloan is having an affair. He spotted Leo at the inn and confronted him about his stay just as Sloan showed up at his room to let him know Dimitri (Peter Porte) was being released from prison. They convinced Eric she was only paying for his room to help him out during a rough time.

Week Ahead

Soon in Salem, Konstantin will gain even more control than he already has, while Chanel starts getting sick from being exposed to radiation and Nicole and Eric learn they’ll be working at The Spectator together.
