Michael Strahan Takes His Suits and Skincare Very Seriously: Get an Exclusive Look Inside His Day

The 'Good Morning America' co-anchor and 'FOX NFL Sunday' analyst also gave PEOPLE an exclusive look at how he makes time for self-care

From co-anchoring Good Morning America and being an analyst on FOX NFL Sunday, to managing his lines of skincare, suits and more, Michael Strahan is a busy guy. Strahan took PEOPLE behind the scenes while he showed how he gets it all done — and makes time to look and feel his best.

"The fall is the busiest time of the year, between my weekday work for GMA and my weekends on FOX NFL Sunday. The days are action-packed, so I have to get my routine down and still have fun while we do it," Strahan says.

Suiting Up for GMA

"When it comes to style, I am in suits every day, so my stylist Victoria Trilling and I do our best to bring in new patterns and colors and have fun with it. When you’re working as early as I am, it’s important to stay focused and always be ready. We are always working as a team! I get suited and booted every day in my own line available at Men’s Wearhouse. Keeping That Skin "Smoooooth"

"With the bright lights of TV shining, I need to take care of my skin. This is a big reason why I started the Michael Strahan™skin and shave routine. I wash up after getting off set with my hydrating face and beard wash, put on a little moisturizer and beard oil to keep my face feeling smoooooth."

"At GMA, we really are a family and have a great time when we are together — on and off set. Here we are in Central Park for our GMA kickball game. I had a lot of fun being the self-acclaimed coach!"

"While my playing days are over, I still hit the gym to stay fit and feel healthy. Health is wealth, I am always making sure to get my workout in to keep the body and mind right."

'Dancing with the Stars' Duties

"I was a guest judge on Dancing with the Stars this week, so I spent some time interviewing ahead of Motown Night. I am in awe of the talent on this show, so to see it in person was absolutely incredible — but you probably won’t see me out on that dance floor!"

Taking Care of Business

"I’m bringing my daughter Isabella to work with me tonight — we are going to be on QVC together. We’re sharing stories (hopefully she won’t go on and embarrass me) and showcasing some special styles from my MSX by Michael Strahan™ for NFL line. We have shirts, pants, hoodies and more for every fan of every team. Whether I’m getting ready for a live shot like this or on GMA, or an action-packed studio show on FOX NFL Sunday, I have to put in the work to prepare. "If there is a football game on, I am watching it. It doesn’t matter if it’s Monday, Thursday or Sunday — I still love the game and enjoy watching the next generation of players do great things on the field. I’m a fan just like all of you."
