Millennials and Gen Xers know that something just shifts in the universe when all five Spice Girls are together, because it truly feels like nature is healing when our favorite pop queens are sharing the same airspace. Turns out, no one is more delighted by the sheer force of Girl Power than David Beckham himself, and this video of him fangirling over the fivesome will be—ahem—giving you everything, all that joy can bring.

Victoria Beckham (aka Posh Spice, obvi) turned 50 on April 17, celebrating the milestone birthday in a bash most befitting a true fashion icon over the weekend in London. And while so many of her famous pals were in attendance, the Spice Girls dancing to their hit single “Stop” is what had Victoria’s husband over the moon with joy.

The former soccer pro shared a selfie video in which he captured all five Spice Girls—that’s Emma Bunton, Melanie Brown, Melanie Chisolm, Geri Halliwell, and the guest of honor herself—expertly bringing back the original “Stop” choreo from 1997 like it’s NBD. In true dad form, he can be seen clutching his drink, navigating some wobbly camera work, and smiling from ear to ear the entire time. Of course, the entire crowd around them is singing and dancing along too… and with a song so infectious, how could you not?

It certainly seems like Victoria had a blast celebrating her big day. She shared the clip to her Instagram page, captioning the post: “Best night ever! Happy Birthday to me! I love you all so much! #SpiceUpYourLife”

The newly-minted 50-year-old also shared a stunning snapshot of her bandmates posing together (along with a gallery of other gorgeous photos from the soirée), calling it “the best gift to be reunited!!” adding, “Thank you to all my friends and family for celebrating with me. Kisses! Xxx”

And of course, it seems her sweet husband was the most psyched out of anyone. He shared the clip to his Instagram, tagging all five ladies and leaving a simple caption, writing: “I mean come on x.”

Back in 2022, David served as the hype man for another mini Spice Girls reunion at Halliwell’s 50th birthday party, but Mel B sadly wasn’t in attendance for the impromptu “Say You’ll Be There” singalong. So having all five together at this bash—on the heels of the 30-year anniversary (!) of the group’s formation—is truly something special. Thank you, David, for giving the people what we want and need the most, and we hope everyone had the spiciest time ringing in Victoria’s big day.
