Dave Chappelle has called out Katt Williams for only dissing Black comedians.

Chappelle appeared at DeRay Davis’ MonDERAYS at the Hollywood Improv on Friday (June. 19). He took aim at Katt’s Club Shay Shay interview and criticized him for only going at his own. He drew comparisons to white comedians and asked why he needed to make Black comics look bad.

“What part of the game is this? He only ethered ni**as. He didn’t say anything about any of these white boys. None of these white boys function like that,” The Dreamer entertainer said. “Katt is one of the best painters in the game. So why are you drawing ugly pictures of us? Stop. Hurt people hurt people, but I am a hurt person that never hurt people, and he does it all the time.”

“‘F**k this one, and f**k that one, and f**k this one,'” Dave said, impersonating Katt during the interview. “But, ni**a, I didn’t hear anything that you did wrong. He didn’t do nothing wrong? Katt didn’t do nothin’ wrong?…Katt was talking about sh*t that ni**as did to other ni**as, but not about anything that ni**as did to him.”

The 50-year-old artist then continued and used his own story as an example of staying the course. Dave insisted that if he talked about everything that happened to him in his career “it would break your heart.” He also questioned Katt’s intentions when “all of us are trying to be in a better situation.”

“If I told my story, it would break your heart,” he said. “I lost everything and never, ever told on anybody, and this ni**a’s the arbiter of truth. Katt, listen, I f**k with Katt hard, but DeRay, tell me, what part of the game f**ks up another ni**a’s paper? What part of the game is about telling on another ni**a?”

Katt Williams’s viral Club Shay Shay interview with Shannon Sharpe saw him attack multiple comic legends. In an exposé-style conversation, Katt aired his grievances with Cedric The Entertainer, Steve Harvey, Rickey Smiley, Faizon Love, Kevin Hart, Tiffany Haddish, and more. He also had smoke for Ludacris, whom he claimed “sold his soul.” The only white person named in his tell-all was controversial pundit Joe Rogan.
