Dave Bautista-starring “Trap House” filming in Albuquerque

SANTA FE, N.M. (KRQE) – The New Mexico Film Office announced Monday a new feature film being made in the state. “Trap House” will be filmed in and around Albuquerque.

“Dark Winds” season three begins filming in New Mexico

The film is starring Dave Bautista (Guardians of the Galaxy), Jack Champion (Avatar: The Way of Water), Sophia Lillis (It, Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves), and Kate del Castillo (La Reina del Sur). The film office says the movie is about an undercover DEA agent and his partner as they embark on a game of cat and mouse with an audacious group of thieves – their rebellious teenagers.

Trap House will employ over 100 New Mexicans, including 60 crew members and 100 background talent.
