According to The Mirror, Nathan and Michelle were childhood sweethearts. The couple had four kids, and Nathan was a devoted husband and father. Furthermore, to earn some extra money, he worked the graveyard shift.

“Airman Nathan Paet of the United States Air Force is shot multiple times inside his garage, prompting Las Vegas detectives to deduce a secret romantic relationship and a murderous plot via a trail of clues.”

Staff Sgt. Nathan Paet’s wife Michelle Paet will be behind bars for the rest of her life

According to KSVN, Michelle Paet received life imprisonment for orchestrating the murder of her husband, Nathan Paet. Furthermore, there is no chance for parole.

Michelle was in tears during her sentencing. She even said that her deceased husband was a good man. However, Nathan’s family believed that it was her love that caused their son’s death.

Michelle Paet sobbingly said, “I made a huge mistake and a really bad choice and I’m truly sorry. I hope and pray that one day each and every one of them will find it in their hearts to truly forgive me.”

Even though it looked like Michelle Paet deeply regretted her actions, Judge Douglas Herndon said that she had way more involvement in her husband’s murder than was willing to admit.
