“Dancing with the Stars” is down to five semifinalists: musician Jason Mraz, “Vanderpump Rules” star Ariana Madix, Marvel actress Xochitl Gomez, “Bachelorette” alum Charity Lawson and actress Alyson Hannigan. Tonight’s semifinals will decide who moves on to the season finale to compete for the Len Goodman Mirror Ball Trophy and who falls just short. So who will be eliminated? Fans have been placing their bets here in our predictions center. Make or update your own forecasts before this evening’s show.

It looks like it’s Hannigan’s time to go, according to the combined predictions of “DWTS” fans who have given us their forecasts. She gets leading odds of 83/50. It’s true that Hannigan stands out as the lowest-scoring of the remaining celebrities, so it might seem like her turn on the chopping block following the elimination of another fan favorite, Harry Jowsey, at the end of “A Celebration of Taylor Swift.” But Hannigan remaining in the competition at Jowsey’s expense shows just how strong her own fan base is. Could she upset one of her fab four opponents to make it to the very end of the competition? After struggling through her season premiere routine, she has shown tremendous growth on the dance floor and may be peaking at just the right time.

Ranked second in our predictions with 51/20 odds of elimination is Lawson. She keeps falling short of a perfect score because the judges want to see more expression and emotional connection from her. With so few contestants left in the competition, such critiques could easily land her in the middle of the pack or near the bottom, at which point her fan support will have to pick up the slack. But she’ll have “Bachelor Nation” on her side, and they have managed to secure a finalist spot for three “Bachelorettes” in a row (winners Hannah Brown and Kaitlyn Bristowe, runner-up Gabby Windey), so that might be enough for her to make it through no matter what the judges say. What do you think?
