Autumn is synonymous with pumpkin-flavored items, temperatures cooling down and new seasons of reality TV.

"Dancing with the Stars" announced the cast for season 32, which includes two celebrities from Florida who will (hopefully) cha-cha their way to a mirrorball trophy win.

The reality TV dancing competition has dominated screens for more than two decades, giving viewers a chance to watch their favorite actors, athletes and performers get a groove on. From Britney Spears' sister to Buffy's best friend, this stacked lineup of celebrities will perform various styles of dance, hoping to earn votes from viewers to stay in the competition.

Here's what we know about the contestants representing the Sunshine State this season, Viner-turned-singer Lele Pons and reality show darling Ariana Madix of "Vanderpump Rules."

Ariana Madix of 'Vanderpump Rules,' Scandoval on 'Dancing with the Stars'

Bravo fans are enjoying the next chapter of this contestant's dramatic post-breakup story.

“Vanderpump Rules” personality Ariana Madix is a Melbourne, Florida, native and Flagler College alumni, becoming a fan favorite on the reality show since it made its debut in 2013.

The show follows the lives of people who worked at the West Hollywood restaurant SUR, which is owned by Lisa Vanderpump, one of the legendary Bravo reality show stars from “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills."

The 38-year-old Madix exploded onto a worldwide audience after news broke in 2022 about her boyfriend of over a decade, co-star Tom Sandoval cheating on her with their friend and fellow cast member Raquel Levis. Dubbed as "Scandoval," Madix saw sympathy from all corners of the internet and influx in interest on her life.

Since then, Madix has stayed mostly tight-lipped about the incident beyond some social media posts and chats with Bravo's Andy Cohen. The move has led to her making it out on top, becoming the subject of many high-profile magazine covers and appearances on other shows.

TikTok, YouTube star Lele Pons on 'Dancing with the Stars', has Paris Hilton as bridesmaid

Lele Pons is a 27-year-old Venezuelan-American content creator who moved to Miami from Caracas, Venezuela, when she was five years old.

Pons found stardom in the 2010s as a 16-year-old through the now-defunct video-sharing platform, Vine. She created six-second comedy skits before moving her content over to Instagram, YouTube and TikTok as well as beginning a music career.

She graduated from Miami Country Day School in 2015 and moved to Los Angeles after graduation to pursue content creation. Pons released a book in 2016 titled "Surviving High School: Do it for the Vine" where she wrote about being an outcast before her stardom.

She is also the niece of Puerto Rican pop singer Chayenne, a former member of the 1980s music group Los Chicos de Puerto Rico.

Pons tied the knot to Puerto Rican rapper and singer Guaynaa on March 4, 2023, in Miami. The wedding was attended by stars like Camila Cabello, Steve Aoki, Natti Natasha, Becky G and Diplo. Even more star-studded than the wedding guests was her bridal party. Paris Hilton and Brazilian singer Anitta were her bridesmaids on her big day.

Hilton even sent Pons a video message of encouragement ahead of her season on "Dancing with the Stars."

"Hey Lele I can't wait to see you on "Dancing with the Stars". I know you're going to kill it," Hilton said in a video. "I love you sis, and I'll see you soon."

TV personality Tom Bergeron ("America's Funniest Home Videos") had been the host of the competition since season one when it aired on ABC. In 2019, he was replaced by Banks, who previously hosted "America's Next Top Model." Banks was considered to be a controversial choice as DWTS host.

Are the same 'Dancing with the Stars' judges returning in 2023?

The celebrities will be judged by a panel of renowned ballroom experts, including Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli and Derek Hough. Inaba and Tonioli have judged the show since it made its debut in 2005.
