After watching Siwa’s new music video, Miller said, “I’m going to watch it over and over and over again”

Abby Lee Miller is loving JoJo Siwa's new music era!

Siwa’s former dance teacher and Dance Moms star, 58, posted a video to TikTok on April 5 after she watched Siwa's “Karma” music video, which has attracted 10.6 million YouTube views in two days since its Friday release.

The pop star, 20, who was once known for wearing bright clothes and hair bows, rocked an edgier look with black makeup in the video.

Miller's video featured “Karma” playing on the top half of the screen with her reaction to her former dance student’s music video on the bottom half.

Miller had only positive comments about the video, which featured scenes of Siwa dancing at a party on a boat, singing in a body of water, flirting with a woman on the beach and interacting sensually with more women.

“Whoa! I want to be on that boat. I thought it was absolutely amazing,” Miller said when the music video ended. “I’m going to watch it over and over and over again. I'm sure that's what Jojo is counting on — that everyone is just going to watch it [repeatedly].”

Siwa wore a rocker rhinestone outfit and black KISS-like makeup in the beach scene, while her costar wore a bedazzled red costume.

Miller also said Siwa looked “beautiful in the water.”

Miller also commented on the public’s reaction to her more mature look, saying, “Everyone is making such a big deal about her rebranding. JoJo is doing incredible dancing with a lot of paint on her face. It used to be stars and rainbows and pink and lavender and turquoise, and now it's black.”

She added, “It's still her doing incredible dancing, so I don't know if it's so much as a rebranding or just maturing, getting older, wanting to show another side of her.”

Of the “Karma” video, Miller said: “I thought the costumes were over the top, loved it.”

Her reaction video comes less than a month after a source exclusively told PEOPLE that Siwa and other Dance Moms stars only agreed to participate in the highly anticipated reunion on May 1 if Miller wasn't involved.

As for the public's reaction to her new look, Siwa told PEOPLE at the 2024 GLAAD Awards on March 14 that she was “ready” for criticism as she was attempting to mark her transition differently than other child stars.

“One thing that I think no one's done is given the heads-up,” she said, referring to her social media posts that hinted for her fans that a new look was coming.
