While the internet is convinced Dakota Johnson and Chris Martin are engaged, we have yet to hear from them (however, knowing how private they are, we probably won’t hear about it for quite some time). These engagement rumors have been following the lovebirds for years now, ever since Johnson was seen with an emerald sparkle in 2020. Sources claim that they both have been engaged for years and that it was a recent engagement. But either way, it seems they may be engaged, and it seems Martin gave her a serious sparkler that is reminding us of another A-lister’s engagement ring.

So, if you need a recap, the rumors originally started in 2020 with a huge emerald ring on that finger. Since then, she’s worn this piece on and off over the years, and recently, we found out more details about it. An expert at Steven Stone Jewelers named Zack Stone estimated that the ring “could easily be worth $504,000,” per Her.ie.
