Dak Prescott Welcomes First Baby, Daughter MJ, with Girlfriend Sarah Jane Ramos: 'I Feel Different'

The Dallas Cowboys quarterback, 30, revealed to reporters on Monday that he and girlfriend Sarah Jane Ramos have welcomed their first baby together, a daughter he referred to as "MJ." The little one was born on Thursday, Feb. 29.
While the new dad didn't reveal his daughter's full name, he referred to her only as MJ as he talked to reporters about how it feels to step into fatherhood.
"I feel different," Prescott said as he attended a Children's Cancer Fund event in Dallas.
"When you wake up in the morning and you see that baby, you understand responsibilities. And everything that I've always wanted for myself, but you want that for somebody else even more," he continued, adding, "Yeah, it's special."

The couple first shared their exciting baby news back in November.
"A little bit of heaven sent down to Earth 🤍. Our immeasurable blessing. I cannot wait to raise a strong, confident, beautiful baby girl with you @_4dak," Ramos wrote on Instagram, tagging the NFL star and sharing a series of black-and-white maternity photos of herself.
Prescott reshared one of Ramos' photos on his Instagram Story, declaring he's feeling "beyond blessed" to have his first baby on the way.
"Girl dad incoming…" he added.
He also left a sweet comment on his influencer-girlfriend's post. "How thankful I am to do this with you can’t be explained!" he told Ramos.
While the couple have largely kept their relationship private, Ramos and Prescott were first linked in September, after Ramos watched the Cowboys beat the New York Giants in the first week of the 2023 NFL season.
Ramos snuck a rare peek into their relationship when she posted a picture of the two enjoying a meal together on Instagram for her 30th birthday in November.
“So much to Love in this post! Welcome to 30 club my love ♥️🔥,” Prescott wrote in the comments.
