If you missed Tuesday night’s Democratic primary debate, The Daily Show With Trevor Noah offered a play-by-play of all the action.

Host Trevor Noah and the Comedy Central team hammed it up at the candidates’ expense by live-tweeting the face-off, then dissecting the exchanges during a live broadcast as part of their Votegasm election coverage at 11 p.m. ET on Comedy Central.

With 12 White House hopefuls on stage, The Daily Show team had plenty of material to work with.

Noah took note of the relentless attacks on Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren, who’s been moving up in the polls.

“Damn. Elizabeth Warren might have an even bigger target on her back than Joe Biden,” Noah quipped on the live show. “They’re coming for you Elizabeth, I hope you got a plan for that.”

He also made fun of CNN anchor Erin Burnett for her questions to Biden, Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) and Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (Hawaii) about their ages.

“Is it just me, or did the moderators ask everyone about their health, just to hide the awkwardness of them asking Bernie?” he said referencing Sanders, who just recently had a heart attack. “I get the part about asking people about being too old, but asking Tulsi Gabbard about being too young? Is that really a concern? Tulsi are you too fit and vibrant for the presidency?”

During the tweet-fest, the show mocked billionaire hedge fund manager and philanthropist Tom Steyer, who made his debate debut tonight in Westerville, Ohio.

Steyer complained that big business, specifically Amazon, is knocking out the competition and killing jobs in places like Ohio (while failing to pay its share of taxes).

The Daily Show‘s response, “Tom Steyer could single-handedly end homelessness in America, but hey, it’s fun making commercials.”

Businessman Andrew Yang was also zinged.

When Sen. Amy Klobuchar (Minnesota) attacked Warren’s plan for a wealth tax, The Daily Show said Warren got served – or in this case “plan slammed.”

Later, they made fun of Biden – who’s been criticized in the past for getting handsy.
