Curious Kangaroo Hops Into Glamping Reception Area in Noosa, Australia
A curious kangaroo was filmed stealthily hopping into a reception area in Noosa, Australia, going unnoticed until it was spotted by a staff member.
Footage captured by Habitat Noosa security camera shows the kangaroo slowly hop into the office, appearing to monitor its surroundings before deciding to stand by the reception desk. A staff member notices the kangaroo as he walks into the reception area and alerts the two unwitting receptionists. The sudden attention seems to spook the kangaroo, and it quickly hops outside.
Habitat Noosa told Storyful that they share the Eco Camp with a family of around 130 eastern grey kangaroos, and the animals are often identified around the tents. “We often see them standing at the door of reception, but this is the first instance where one has entered and felt comfortable hanging around for some time,” a Habitat Noosa staff commented.
