Curious Case of Natalia Grace: Season 2 Episodes, Spoilers
The first season of The Curious Case of Natalia Grace captivated audiences with the story of little Natalia, a 6-year-old Ukrainian orphan diagnosed with a rare form of dwarfism who was adopted by an American family, the Barnetts. Everything appeared normal in their lives until the adoptive parents began to suspect that their “child” was actually a fully functioning adult masquerading as a little kid to terrorize them. And while court records and DNA testing seemingly confirmed that Natalia was a minor child born in 2003, both the Barnetts — and some viewers — remain unconvinced.
While The Curious Case of Natalia Grace: Season 1 focused primarily on Kristine and Michael Barnett, the second season, subtitled Natalia Speaks, will feature an “extensive, emotional sit-down between Natalia and adoptive father Michael Barnett” as they meet face-to-face for the first time since the shocking allegations of lies and abuse first went public. Per a press release, the two will “come to terms with the accusations that have been thrown around in both directions,” while offering new “insight into what really went on behind closed doors in the Barnetts’ home.”
The Curious Case of Natalia Grace: Natalia Speaks features six episodes that you can watch live Jan. 1-3 on ID, or stream on-demand through Discovery+. Each episode length is approximately 43 minutes, with two hourlong episodes (with commercials) airing each night.
