Cunningham Restaurant Group opens Theo's Italian at Perry's Crossing in Plainfield

The restaurant group behind Livery, BRU Burger Bar and other familiar eateries expanded its footprint in Hendricks County on Monday with the opening of Theo’s Italian at The Shops at Perry Crossing in Plainfield.

Theo’s Italian, the latest dining concept of Cunningham Restaurant Group, is a casual upscale restaurant for customers of all ages. The menu includes traditional pasta, salads, appetizers and sandwiches as well as Pinsa Romana, a topped flatbread similar to a lighter pizza.

“We are very excited to continue our growth in Hendricks County with a brand new concept to round out The Shops at Perry Crossing,” CRG President and CEO Mike Cunningham said in a news release.

The venue at 2498 Perry Crossing Way, Suite 105 has been in development since this summer, when fellow CRG eatery Stone Creek Dining Company relocated to Suite 150 at Perry Crossing.

Theo’s will be open 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 am. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
