Demonstrators took to the streets of Rochester, New York, on February 23, after a grand jury failed to indict police officers involved in the death of Daniel Prude.

Daniel Prude died in Rochester city after officers put him in “spit hood” designed to protect police. His death, in March 2020, led to days of anti-police protests.
