The municipality is also offering around $4,000 towards refurbishments

The catch?

You must:

- Be under 40

- Be financially solvent

- Stay for at least 15 years

"We liked the house, so we applied. We were living in a rented apartment, we paid the utilities, but this is ours now. // In the papers it says 15 years minimum but that is not a problem at all. The house is built and we don't have any plans to move or sell the house."
