Michael is a schizophrenic patient who is quite familiar with being in hospitals and mental facilities all his life. The two of them bond and it is now up to either Letty to fight the obstacles and pursue this relationship, or let go to avoid a challenging future.
The film stars Reiko Aylesworth as Letty Mayers and Bruno Campos as Michael. We also see Meat Loaf, JoBeth Williams, and Greg Germann, in supporting roles.
