Courteney Cox’s daughter Coco Arquette is turning 16, and mom can’t believe it. When your little girl is growing up way too fast, there’s really only one appropriate way to mark the occasion: looking through old photo albums of your baby and wondering where all the time went. Cox decided to take that extremely relatable route today, sharing an adorable video of young Coco tearing it up on the ice with her mom for her daughter’s birthday. The mother-daughter love pouring out of this video is too much to handle as Coco dances and shows off for her mom — and yes, before you know it, you’ll be reaching for the tissues just like Courteney.

Cox’s video of young Coco takes place at an ice rink, where her daughter rocks a hot pink skating dress and shows off her moves on the ice. After jokingly blocking out the camera with her hand, Coco takes off on a few turns, wobbling and nearly crashing back into mom with a grin.

“Happy sweet 16th cocolo,” Cox wrote alongside the throwback video. “You’re my little quirk of the universe. I love you ♥️♥️♥️.”

Cox shares Coco with ex-husband David Arquette, who also shared a sweet birthday post for Coco on her special day. “I’m so proud of the woman you’ve become,” Arquette wrote. Cox and Arquette have co-parented since their 2013 split, and Coco splits her time between Cox’s and Arquette’s.

“We have respect and love for each other and just [are] on the same page,” Arquette told Us Weekly of his relationship with Cox in May 2019. “And [with] Coco, we’re just super lucky. As far as teenagers go, it’s a bit tricky, but she’s got a huge heart and she’s really, really a brilliant girl, so we’re very lucky.”

Happy birthday, Coco! Here’s to many more surrounded by loving family.
