Courteney Cox Is All Smiles as She Spends Mother's Day with Daughter Coco and Snaps Sweet Selfie

Courteney Cox is one proud mom!

The actress, 59, marked Mother’s Day on Sunday, May 12, by spending some quality time with her 19-year-old daughter Coco Arquette.

In a post shared on her Instagram, Cox could be seen posing for a smiling selfie with Coco, whom she shares with her ex-husband David Arquette. The second photo showed the mother-daughter duo about to embrace for a hug while wearing matching dark green robes against a beautiful ocean backdrop.

“I feel like I have so many wonderful mother figures in my life that teach me so much. Happy Mother’s Day to all. ♥️♥️♥️,” Cox captioned the post.

Cox also received well wishes from some familiar faces, with actress Kristin Chenoweth writing, “She is a cutie!”

“Happy Mother’s Day,” added Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Lisa Barlow, while David’s sister and Coco’s aunt Rosanna Arquette commented, “Happy Mother’s Day mama. Love to you both.”

Actor David, 52, also shared Cox’s post on his Instagram Stories with the caption, “Happy Mother’s Day! Thank you.”

In June 2023, the Friends star celebrated the last of her daughter’s teenage years with a sweet tribute on Instagram.

Featuring a cute selfie of the pair smiling cheek-to-cheek as Cox put her arm around her daughter, she captioned the post, “Happy Birthday Cocolicious! I love you and your sweet, caring, sensitive, spicy, original, salty, witty, beautiful heart. ♥️♥️♥️."

In 2022, Cox opened up to her PEOPLE about the biggest challenge she has faced while raising a teen.

"We fight," the Cougar Town star told PEOPLE. "I've learned that boundaries are important and to keep them because I know it makes her feel safe. But I'm not always good with boundaries. I get worn out. You've got to pick your battles and decide what is important."
