In January, Caroline Manzo officially filed a lawsuit against Bravo for the alleged sexual assault Brandi Glanville committed while filming Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip.

The allegation spans back to February 2023, with reports that Brandi allegedly touched Caroline’s “breast area and vaginal area.” Caroline alleged that she and Brandi were locked behind a bathroom door. Then Brandi allegedly began to kiss and hump Caroline.

Bravo has, of course, denied any part in this. This is despite Caroline’s accusations that production encouraged Brandi’s behavior, beyond just allowing it. The legal battle continues as Bravo indefinitely tabled RHUGT Morocco. Now, Bravo has submitted some evidence.

Bravo alleges that Caroline said she “felt safe”

Page Six exclusively reported on a court docket that executive producer Lisa Shannon submitted to a New York Court. The court “temporarily restricted” the footage, which purports to show the much-discussed incident between Brandi and Caroline.

Shannon claimed the footage would detail “the incident at issue in the complaint, Manzo’s perceptions of it, the other cast member’s perceptions of it and the aftermath” of the encounter. Shannon also claims that while Caroline felt “disrespected” by Brandi, she admitted that Brandi did not “sexually violate” her.

Court documents read, “Our primary concern at that point was making sure that Manzo felt safe.” They continued, “She told us that she felt safe, that she wanted to continue to film, and that she did not want Glanville to be sent home.”

The documents also claimed that Caroline left Morocco when the rest of the cast told her via group text that they were going to visit Brandi at the hotel. According to Shannon, this was the “only time” Caroline allegedly asked not to be filmed.

As mentioned, Bravo indefinitely shelved Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip Morocco.
