Dillard shared a lovely Christmas photo album on Instagram in the early hours of the week, and his response to one of his fans fueled questions from different angles. He mentioned to the fan that one of the rules for the Duggar children, is that they are not allowed in the home when Jim Bob is present. Furthermore, Dillard revealed that he has to seek permission from Bob before he visits.
He also revealed that one time, his sister was in labor, and needed someone to help her, but he could not come to her aid, until Bob gave a positive answer. According to the rules, if Dillard and his wife go to the family home without seeking proper permission, they may be sued for trespassing. However, Dillard explained to the fan that since they have all grown up in the family, he has realized that he can defend himself against any kind of lawsuit thrown at him.
Dillard went on to say that all these rules he has to face come with no hard feelings, as he does not mind, but it seems like fans are not taking the news lightly.
