The deadline is here for a very lovely and delicious Advent calendar.

Hawt Chocolate's Bonbon Advent Calendar with 25 days of artisanal candy can be ordered online through Nov. 20. It features flavors of coffee milk, eggnog, croissant (with crumbs from Butterbang pastries), hazelnut praline, passion fruit and mango, peanut butter and jelly, salted caramel, pumpkin spice latte and boozy flavors of espresso martini, grasshopper cocktail, mezcal and red wine which are made with alcohol.

This is the first year Miguel Allis has created the sweet countdown for Christmas. Last holiday season was his first as a chocolatier working out of Hope & Main, the culinary business incubator in Warren.

Allis's website gives an ordering deadline that's earlier but he said he can extend to Monday, Nov. 20 and mail them out on Nov. 27. Pick-up will not be an option. They may arrive after Dec. 1 but is eating two chocolates a day really an Advent problem?
