This GE Air Conditioner is marked down at a bunch of different retailers, but Walmart has one of the cheaper discounts at $150. The air conditioner has a 5,000 BTU cooling capacity suitable for rooms up to 150 square feet. You can also find it on sale at Amazon, Lowe’s, or upgrade to this GE 8,000 BTU AC ($265.99 at Best Buy).
Frigidaire 5,000 BTU Window Air Conditioner
Save $54 on Frigidaire’s 5,000 BTU window air conditioner. Easy to install and easy to clean, this budget air conditioner features adjustable side panels, a washable filter and Effortless Temperature Control to keep a small room cool (up to 150 square feet).
Black + Decker 14,000 BTU Portable Air Conditioner
Keep cool in any room up to 700 square feet with this best-selling, Black + Decker portable air conditioner. The 14,000 BTU personal cooling device (measuring 16.5 inches x 11.7 inches x 27.9 inches) includes a dehumidifier, fan and remote control. A 24-hour timer helps reduce energy use and Sleep Mode auto-controls the air temperature at night.
Arctic King 12,000 BTU Window Air Conditioner
Artic King’s 12,000 BTU air conditioner is designed to cool up to 500 square feet. The remote-controlled unit features three cooling speeds and weighs 74 pounds. It measures 17.1inches x 23.1 inches with a 22-inch depth.
Midea 5,300 BTU Portable Air Conditioner
Midea specializes in air conditioners, like this 8,000 BTU portable air conditioner, which is designed for tiny spaces (up to 150 square feet). The air conditioner features three modes: cooling, dehumidifying and a dual-speed fan, plus it’s easy to install (roll the air conditioner to your preferred cooling area, attach the 5-foot hose and adjustable window bracket, and let the cooling begin!). Insignia 8,000 BTU Air Conditioner
