Conor McGregor Demos His Finishing Move on 'Conan'

On Thursday’s Conan, UFC champion Conor McGregor stopped by to talk about his upcoming fight against Nate Diaz. He said that he’s been preparing for the fight by learning some interesting techniques. The move he was most excited to show was a capoeira technique. Conor described the move, “[It’s] where you put your hand on the mat and swing your foot like a baseball bat.” He continued, “I think I might break it out and ping it across his head.”

Not one to shy away from being embarrassed, Conan asked the fighter to demonstrate the move on him. Conan assumed an old-time fightin’ Irish stance while Conor spun and threw his heel inches from Conan’s face. Conan was amazed, saying if the foot had made contact with his head, “I would die.” Hopefully, Conor will use the move in the ring during his fight so we can see if it causes as much damage as it looks like it would.
