There are no more separate tribes on Survivor, following the merge of the millennials and Gen Xers Wednesday night. Even though there were more millennials than Gen Xers left, that didn’t mean that the vote would be easy.
After Will won the immunity challenge, Jay and Taylor were gunning for Adam, since Adam was the reason Figgy went home and because he previously told Taylor that he wanted to vote out Will. Taylor felt pretty comfortable with his plan, even though Michelle thought it was “stupid.”
Meanwhile, the Gen Xers planned to break up the tight-knit millennial group, but they couldn’t agree on who should go first.
At the tribal council, Taylor’s confidence was clear to Jeff, who said, “I don’t even have to ask Taylor, I can tell by his demeanor he’s not the least bit concerned that he’s on the block tonight.” Jeff warned Taylor that every person who got blindsided on Survivor felt comfortable just before it happened, but that didn’t worry Taylor.
Once again, Taylor wasn’t the one sent home, but one of his closest allies had her torch snuffed out by Jeff. Michelle was right about the boys’ plan to vote out Adam being stupid, because she was the one sent home, leaving Taylor and the other millennials in his group on the bottom.
Survivor airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. on CBS.
