Concerts, a circus & dogs with frisbees: 20 (!) top things to do on Cape Cod July 8-14

Other things to do include family fun with circus acts and dogs; an unusual mix of words, music and art in Provincetown; an exhibit of contemporary glass in Sandwich; and a chat with an author in Mashpee.
