Conagra takes a dive, WWE soars, Yum Brands on the rise

Let’s check out the Yahoo Finance charts of the day.

Conagra (CAG): Shares are down in early trade, at around 6.5%. The food producer said it would buy Pinnacle Foods Inc for about $8.1 billion in cash and stock, creating a frozen food powerhouse with brands including Healthy Choice, Bird’s Eye and Marie Callender’s.

World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE): Shares up here, at 6.7%. WWE signed a new five-year television rights deal with USA Network and Fox Sports that more than triples the fees it was receiving in the previous deal.

Yum Brands (YUM): Shares up here, at around 2%. BTIG upgraded the parent of KFC, Taco Bell and Pizza Hut to “buy” from “neutral” citing a number of factors including valuation and benefits from a recent investment in GrubHub.
