Coming soon: See new renderings of Nashville's Cannery Hall music venues

Cannery Row is making a comeback.

"Step into the future of live music at Cannery Hall," the venue posted on Instagram Tuesday along a series of three renderings showing the main entrance, main stage and the Amaranth Lounge, a moody bar inside Cannery Hall.

The venues, which are still under construction, are expected to open by the end of the year, though no exact date was given.

"Cannery Hall will bring music back to the Station District in just a few short months," Zach Liff, owner of DZL management, said. "Independent venues like Cannery Hall are vital to the cultural fabric of Music City. We'll be able to take chances on local and emerging artists and help them as they grow their fanbase and play across our multiple stages during different phases of their career."

The Cannery Row property closed in May 2022, when the lease for Mercy Lounge ended. Last September, DZL Management announced plans to operate three music venues and an event space in the building.

Cannery Hall will reopen with three stages — "The Mainstage" will hold 1,300 guests, "The Mil" will hold 625 and the "Row One Stage" will hold 325. The top floor will be dedicated to the Amaranth Lounge, a special events space for up to 380 people.

Renovations will also include new lighting and sound systems, improved sightlines, new bathrooms, ample parking, enhanced back-of-house facilities and new food and beverage options, according to the venue's website.
