Comic-Con 2016: Cosplay Enemies Hug It Out

The world can be a cold and scary place. So much anger and uncertainty surrounds our relationships with others, from the government to our next-door neighbors. So when Yahoo Movies hit the floor of Comic-Con 2016, we had one goal in mind: unity.

We figured that if the Joker and Batman can put their differences aside and hug it out, anyone can. If Rey and Anakin Skywalker can lower their lightsabers and find peace in their universe, why not the rest of the world?

And if a male ghostbuster and a female ghostbuster can finally squash the great Ghostbusters gender debate of 2016 with a simple hug, then maybe, just maybe, the Internet trolls who have taken issue with that will finally be silenced.

So hopefully this video will inspire you to put on a Batman mask, go find your Joker, and give them a big ’ol bear hug. Or slide on your Chewbacca onesie and search the galaxy for a huggable stormtrooper. Whatever you do, just make sure you spread the love.
