These Columbus restaurants are offering Thanksgiving meals for pickup or delivery

Let us give thanks — for all the central Ohio restaurants that are offering to take the responsibility for Thanksgiving dinner off our hands.

Whether you want the simple roast turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy you grew up with, elevated touches like smoked meats, vegetarian and vegan options, or something different altogether, menus run the gamut. You have options, including lasagna and meatballs.

Here are more than a dozen area restaurants that offer full Thanksgiving dinners available for pickup or delivery.

Barrel & Boar

Smoked Feasts from Barrel & Boar serve as few as six to eight people for $210, and as many as 20 to 24 for $475. Meals include smoked turkey, three side dishes (choices include sage dressing, mashed potatoes, collard greens, mac and cheese, Apple Butter Yams and Pumpkin Bread Pudding), corn muffins, gravy and cranberry sauce.

Pickup is Nov. 22 at the restaurant, 121 Mill St. in Gahanna; at Homestead Beer Co. locations in Canal Winchester, Marysville or Heath; or at BBQ Factory in Lancaster.

The Berwick

The Berwick, 3250 Refugee Road on the Southeast Side, offers traditional and tired-of-turkey options for its Thanksgiving meals. They can be ordered for four or 10, hot or cold, delivered or picked up. Orders must be placed by Nov. 14. Delivery, for $50 extra, will be Nov. 21. Pickup times are Nov. 21, 22 and Thanksgiving Day.

The “All-In” traditional dinner ($160 for four or $400 for 10) includes sliced roasted turkey, mixed green salad, whipped potatoes and gravy, rolls and butter, cranberry sauce, traditional or cornbread stuffing, and either pumpkin, apple or cherry pie with whipped cream.

The Tired of Turkey Meal includes lasagna and meatballs for four to six people for $75.

Bob Evans

Hot Thanksgiving dinners of roasted turkey and smoked ham, bread-and-celery dressing, cranberry relish, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans and ham, buttered corn, dinner rolls and pumpkin pie are available from Bob Evans for pickup or delivery and can be ordered for one ($16.99 for turkey or $18.99 for turkey and ham) or six ($99.99 includes turkey and ham).

Heat-and-serve Farmhouse Feast meals serve four, eight or 10 people at prices ranging from $79.99 to $159.99. Menus include turkey, ham or pot roast; dressing; corn; mashed potatoes with gravy; rolls; green beans with ham; cranberry relish; macaroni and cheese; and pumpkin bread, pumpkin pie and apple pie. Farmhouse feast meals are available for pickup or delivery, but not on Thanksgiving Day.

Brio Italian Grille

Meals that feed three, six, 10 or 20 can be ordered from Brio Italian Grille hot or cold for pickup or delivery until Thanksgiving Day. Prices range from $105 to $450.

The menu includes sliced turkey, gravy, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, Italian sausage stuffing, a vegetable, cranberry sauce and pumpkin pie.

Brio’s pickup locations are at the restaurant’s two locations: 3993 Easton Station or 1500 Polaris Parkway.

Carfagna’s Market & Ristorante

Carfagna's Italian Market & Ristorante at Polaris offers heat-and-serve dinner for six or more starting at $189. The traditional menu includes a fully cooked turkey, celery-and-herb dressing, whipped potatoes, gravy, garlic green beans, buttered corn, Balsamic Slaw Salad, a dozen rolls and an apple or pumpkin pie.

Menus still veer toward traditional American fare for main-dish options of spiral ham, beef tenderloin or prime rib. But the entire menus for the Chicken parmigiana or lasagna and meatballs selections are truly Italian, including penne with marinara sauce, garlic green beans, wedding soup, balsamic slaw salad, dinner rolls and strawberry cream cake.

Orders must be placed by Nov. 17 and picked up on Nov. 22 at Carfagna’s, 1440 Gemini Place.

Cooper’s Hawk

Cooper's Hawk winery and restaurant at 4230 The Strand in Easton offers a heat-and-serve, six-person Thanksgiving package for $199.99. The menu includes sliced roasted turkey with gravy and cranberry sauce, stuffing, potatoes, roasted green beans and carrots, pretzel bread and butter, butternut squash soup with roasted pumpkin seeds, and Eli’s Pumpkin Praline Cheesecake.

Orders can be picked up on Nov. 21 and 22.

Der Dutchman

Der Dutchman's heat-and-serve Family Feasts for five or more people include turkey or ham, three sides (mashed potatoes, dressing, green beans, corn or noodles), gravy, dinner rolls and a pie of your choice from among 15 offerings. Prices start at $94.99.

Orders must be placed by Nov. 18 and picked up on Nov. 21 or 22 at Der Dutchman, 445 S. Jefferson, Route 42, in Plain City.

Preston Eatery

A business that specializes in take-home meals isn’t going to cede Thanksgiving dinner to others. Preston Eatery offers roasted turkey breast, traditional stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy, cranberry sauce, dinner rolls, and pumpkin cake for $30.50 per person.

Orders must be made by Nov. 13, and pickup is Nov. 22 at the restaurant, 1093 Bethel Road on the Northwest Side.

Ray Ray’s Hog Pit

Ray Ray’s Hog Pit is smoking turkey breasts ($160), hams ($95) and ribs ($90 for three slabs) as the centerpieces of dinners available for pickup on Thanksgiving Day at its locations in Clintonville, Westerville and Granville.

Mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans with smoked ham, and sweet potato pies can be ordered separately. A full dinner – one ham, one turkey, green beans and potatoes – is available for $350 and feeds up to 30 people.

Orders must be placed by Nov. 13.

The Refectory

A four-course dinner for two from The Refectory includes a shrimp and corn salad, butternut squash velouté, turkey with scalloped potatoes and traditional accompaniments, and carrot cake with eggnog crème anglaise. The price is $140.

The restaurant is accepting orders through Nov. 15. Pickup at 1092 Bethel Road is Nov. 22.

Smokehouse Brewing Co.

Hickory-smoked turkey ($169), pork shoulder ($189) or beef brisket ($219) are Smokehouse Brewing Co.'s main-course options in dinners that serve up to 12 people. Other items include sage dressing, red smashed spuds with dill, green beans with onion and red pepper, and a half-gallon of Christmas ale.

Thanksgiving orders must be placed by Nov. 15, and pickup is Thanksgiving morning at Smokehouse Brewing, 1130 Dublin Road near Grandview Heights.

Together & Company

Options from Together & Company for a $240 dinner that serves six to eight people include ham or sliced turkey breast, but if you’d rather cook that main dish yourself, you can get an oven-ready raw whole turkey. Sides include apple-sage stuffing, whipped potatoes, green bean casserole with a bacon crumble, ginger-roasted carrots, bread, gravy and cranberry-orange relish.

Orders are being taken through Nov. 14. Deliveries are available Nov. 21 within a 20-mile radius of the Brewery District, and pickup is available Nov. 22 at High Line Car House, 550 S. High St. in the Brewery District.

Vida's

Vida's makes its own vegan turkey and ham. Its Thanksgiving dinners also include green beans with smoked plant-based bacon.

Vida's Plant Based Butcher, 1724 Northwest Blvd. in Fifth by Northwest, offers vegan Thanksgiving meals for one, two or four that can be ordered for pickup on Nov. 21 or 22. They include stuffed, plant-based turkey and sides of cranberry sauce, bacon and green beans, mac and cheese, redskin potatoes, sweet potato mash and rolls.

Vita's, which makes all its plant-based meats and cheeses in-house, also has vegan hams and desserts that include pumpkin, pecan and sweet potato pies.
