The Indianapolis Colts (1-4) ruled out five players on Friday ahead of the Week 6 matchup with the Houston Texans (1-4) at Lucas Oil Stadium.

The five players ruled out include right tackle Braden Smith (foot), defensive end Kemoko Turay (groin), safety Andrew Sendejo (concussion), kicker Rodrigo Blankenship (hip) and running back Jordan Wilkins (non-football illness).

None of these players were able to log a practice in any capacity this week so it isn’t all that surprising that they have been ruled out.

The biggest name here is Smith, who continues to progress slowly from a foot injury he suffered in Week 1. Smith has yet to practice since initially suffering other injury.

The final injury report will be released later on Friday with the remaining designations.
