College football referee Mike Defee has big biceps and quick reflexes

College football referee Mike Defee became internet famous during the National Championship Game in January because of his gigantic arms.

He’s got pretty damn good reflexes too.

Defee is working Saturday night’s game between Oklahoma and Ohio State, and watch him swat away this football as he calls for a pass interference penalty in the first quarter.

So slick. Granted, the ball wasn’t flying towards him at blinding speed, but props to Defee for keeping his composure as he called for the pass. The man has some talent. And clearly does some speed work in the gym.
