A trio of chefs are combining their talents for a collaboration dinner on Nov. 12 at the acclaimed Florie’s restaurant at the Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach.

Florie’s chef de cuisine Nino La Spina is teaming up with the husband-and-wife duo of Oceano Kitchen in Lantana to present a special menu based on the chefs’ shared cooking philosophies.

At the event from 5:30 to 9 p.m., La Spina and Oceano’s Jeremy and Cindy Bearman — known for their nightly changing menus and small plates — will feature four courses they’ll prepare in Florie’s open kitchen.

After an amuse bouche of hamachi crudo by Jeremy Bearman, the dinner’s first course will feature La Spina’s heirloom beetroots carpaccio.

The second course is set to feature Nantucket bay scallops prepared by Bearman, whose dish also will highlight smoked potato gnocchi, caviar butter, leeks and fines herbs.

La Spina will then present a Barolo-braised beef-cheek dish.

For dessert, Cindy Bearman has planned a Japanese cheesecake with lemon curd, meringue and strawberry.

The Nov. 12 chef-collaboration dinner at Florie’s is $120 a person (not including tax and gratuity).

Optional wine pairings are an additional $60.
