Cole Sprouse & Lili Reinhart Troll Fans, Did They Ever Break Up?
Cole Sprouse and Lili Reinhart are getting really good at keeping their private lives private. So good, in fact, that many fans are having trouble figuring out if the duo are still a couple.
Over the summer, there were rumors that the couple broke up and they were not living together during the filming of the most recent season of "Riverdale.". They did a W magazine interview where the author speculated that the two were no longer together but have teased fans with make out pics on social media. Did they ever really break up?

On Sunday, both Lili and Cole were getting prepared for the People's Choice Awards. Lili took to Instagram and shared several black & white snaps that show the couple posing and making out. The actress' caption is what got the fan's attention. Reinhart wrote, "The sequel" for the caption of her steamy kiss pics.
Many fans took the caption to mean that the couple was back on and hinted that there was a break up but the two stars have reconciled. "I still dont know why they dont just say that there official like "friends" dont kiss in a booth❤️😂🔥," one fan wrote in the comments section of Lili's post while another fan said, "Just propose to her already!!!!!!"
Lili's Reaction To Cole's Big Win
Lili and Cole were both up for People's Choice Awards but fans were disappointed when Cole walked the red carpet alone. Reinhart was nominated for Drama TV Star and Female TV Star and Sprouse was nominated for Male TV Star and Dream Movie Star.
Shortly after the program commenced, Sprouse was declared a winner. He won the award for Dream Movie Star for his role as Will Newman in "Five Feet Apart." Cole hilariously started his speech by comparing himself to Leonardo DiCaprio and Brad Pitt.
"Man, there are so many other newcomers in this category, specifically DiCaprio and Pitt," Cole said. "Just keep your heads up. Don’t let this dishearten you. You guys are going to be here one day. The three of us, we’ve had this competition for a long time, but, apparently, this was my year." Sprouse finished his acceptance speech by getting real with fans. "I think with 'Five Feet Apart,' our mission statement was to bring cystic fibrosis to the audience, to a public forum of discussion. It's a really underrepresented disease and thanks to all you guys who watched it. I think it [the movie] hit its mark and we really hit our goal," he concluded.
Lili was so excited that she shared a video of his speech to her Instagram story and wrote the words, "Congrats, to my people's choice best baby" on the short clip. Clearly she is smitten and claimed ownership of her "Riverdale" co-star.
W Magazine Break Up Rumors
Back in July, couple's W Magazine cover was released just days after rumors that they broke up began to circulate. According to the interviewer, their relationship seemed rocky when the then-couple asked to be interviewed separately. Despite being interviewed in different locations, Reinhart and Sprouse appeared to be unified with their responses about their relationship, while also being vague as to where they stood as a couple.
"We’re not fighting with the idea that people group us together, but we are paired up a lot," she said. "We’re acknowledging that we’re in a relationship, but it’s a small part of who we are as people. We want our own separate identities."
Sprouse did clarify one thing in the interview. “My own happiness and her happiness come before caring about what people are saying.”
