The Coach Comeback a Complete Waste of Time on 'The Voice'

It was happy times as the Coaches Comeback came back on The Voice this season. Although, just like Felicia Temple and Jack Cassidy from Monday night's show, the comebacks on Tuesday night weren't back for long. Which was surprising considering they put on pretty good performances. Adam Levine decided to bring back Johnny Hayes, who crushed his performance of "Ain't Too Proud to Beg" by The Rolling Stones. While Johnny Hayes had one of the better performances of the night, America chose to save Jesse Larson and Lilli Passero. And when Adam had another chance to save Johnny, he decided to stick with Mark Isaiah instead. Gwen brought back another Johnny, Johnny Gates, who also did well with a performance of "Hands to Myself" by Selena Gomez. Unfortunately for Gates, he was on the team that had two of the best performances of the night in Brennley Brown and Hunter Plake. Hunter even set a Voice record by already landing in the top 30 on iTunes, twice! So after America voted to save those two, Gwen had another chance to keep Gates, but instead, she decided to stick with Troy Ramey. So while the Coaches Comeback seemed to be a waste of time, we still have a pretty solid top 12. And maybe those contestants that didn't make it can come back next season.
