MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. − The Browns' radio voice, Jim Donovan, won't be on the broadcast of their game Sunday against the Miami Dolphins after testing positive for COVID.

Jeff Phelps, who works for Fox Sports Ohio and 92.3 The Fan, will handle the play-by-play duties. Nathan Zegura (color analyst) and Jerod Cherry (sideline reporter) will still be on the broadcast.

It's the second game this season Donovan, who has handled the play-by-play duties for the team since the franchise was reborn in 1999, has missed due to illness. He also missed the Oct. 16 home game against the New England Patriots, with Phelps again filling in for him.
