Claudia Conway is going from the TikTok screen to TV screen.

The 16-year-old daughter of former White House counselor Kellyanne Conway and conservative Trump-critic George Conway is set to appear on Sunday's episode of "American Idol."

The young Conway took to her 1.7 million TikTok followers to share the news.

"I did audition and it'll be on air this Sunday, February 14th," she says in the video, which has already garnered more than 20,000 likes. "I've been singing my whole life, I grew up in musical theater. Music has been one of the pillars in my life, and I wouldn't be here without it."

She continued, "Everyone thinks this is a publicity stunt or me trying to be, like, whatever – but no, music is my passion."

"American Idol" also confirmed the news on Twitter, sharing a preview clip of her audition.

"You heard that right. @claudiamconwayy is looking for a golden ticket," the show tweeted. "Find out Sunday if she has what it takes to be #TheNextIdol on #AmericanIdol"

In the clip, Conway is heard saying, "I'm Claudia Conway, my parents are high-profile political figures," before judge Katy Perry says, "We want an American Idol."

Conway, who made national waves with her anti-Donald Trump TikTok videos last year, revealed she was hoping to make a splash as a singer when she first disclosed the audition in November.

"Hey guys, I'm here at 'American Idol' confessional," the beaming Conway said in the video from an "American Idol" stage, before flashing over to a waiting film crew. "I met Ryan Seacrest today and have my audition soon. I'm very, very nervous, but very excited."

Perry jumped into the fray at the time, posting a video on her Instagram stories welcoming Conway's high-profile efforts to land a spot on the singing competition.

"Well, well, well, let the games begin," said Perry stone-faced into the camera. "Because Claudia just tried out for 'American Idol.' "

Perry then turned the camera onto a giggling Conway, who waved and said "Hi!"

George Conway signaled his support for the audition, lip-syncing to "Potential Breakup Song" by Aly & AJ for a TikTok video Claudia posted around the same time.
