The docuseries The Circus: Inside the Greatest Political Show On Earth will return for its eighth season next month on Paramount+ with Showtime.

The show, hosted by John Heilemann, Mark McKinnon and Jennifer Palmieri, will premiere at 7 p.m. ET/PT on Oct. 8 for a six-episode run. It’ll focus on the 2024 presidential race, including following President Joe Biden’s reelection campaign as it kicks into high gear. It also will spotlight former President Donald Trump’s effort to return to the White House amid criminal indictments, while his challengers seek “to dethrone him as the party’s standard bearer, all while the future of American democracy hangs in the balance,” per Showtime.
