The Circle is back for season six! The social media competition series has started rolling out on Netflix. And while fans are eager to see how an AI bot shakes things up this season, we're zeroing in on where the online catfishing is going down offline. All previous seasons of the show were filmed entirely at an apartment building in Salford, England, where the international versions of The Circle have also been filmed. But for season six of the U.S. version, production took place in Georgia. Find out everything we know about the new filming location and how it was transformed for the series below.

The production team took over multiple apartments at the Sonder Midtown South in Atlanta for season six of The Circle. The building essentially operates like a hotel but with flexible stays in apartment-style units. Guests can book a stay for a few nights, weeks, or even months—but fans won't be able to enjoy the lively setting exactly as it's seen on-screen. The units, along with the exterior and a few common areas, were given a major colorful makeover for the series. The goal was to create "DIY, Pinterest-y, Instagram vibes" in some of the rooms, showrunner and executive producer Susan House tells House Beautiful.

To start, each room was given a bold, saturated color palette. "It was a little bit like color soup for a few weeks," art director Karen Weber says. "Then [we attached] objects and textures and patterns to those color schemes, and then worked a theme into [them] as well."

From a Barbie-inspired unit to a laundry room Wes Anderson would approve of, the resulting transformation is packed with whimsical inspiration. The best part? Many of the updates are renter friendly, including vinyl wraps used to transform cabinetry, countertops, and glass balcony railings. Clever color blocking with paint proves the easy, budget-friendly method can completely alter the atmosphere of any room.

The production team even tricked out the building's courtyard, designing a circle trellis with lights and a hot tub at the center. The area was enveloped in greenery to liven it up.

Should fans book a stay, they can expect a completely different look. In reality, the units are sleek and modern. They boast a neutral color palette with subtle pops of color throughout. Many of the amenities (except for the hot tub) remain the same, though. Guests can enjoy a stocked kitchen, an outdoor space with a grill, a fitness center, a lounge area, a workspace, and in-unit laundry. That's a pretty good setup for a starting rate of $83 per night!
