Ciara and Russell Wilson to Sell Their Lakefront Washington Estate for a Reported $31 Million — See Inside!

The Grammy-winning singer and NFL star first listed their sprawling abode for $36 million in April 2022

Ciara and Russell Wilson are officially saying goodbye to their Washington home!

The Grammy-winning singer, 38, and former Seattle Seahawks quarterback, 35, have found a buyer for their sprawling lakefront home in Bellevue.

Nearly two years after the 11,100-square-foot abode hit the market for $36 million in April 2022, the property is finally in contract to be sold for $21.25 million, according to the Wall Street Journal. The pair sold an adjacent lot in 2022 which would bring their entire estate sale to a grand total of $31 million, per the outlet.

Ciara and Wilson — who tied the knot in July 2016 and share four children together — bought the mansion for $6.7 million in 2015, according to property records.

Equipped with six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, the home offers stunning views of Lake Washington along with the Seattle skyline. It has a number of impressive amenities such as a two-story treehouse, three-story elevator, full gym, home theater and more.

Carmen Gayton of Windermere Real Estate Co. currently holds the listing.

“This home is luxurious throughout with spectacular amenities which include a professional gym, oversized custom closets, a dedicated vanity room, an in-home theater, a flex/yoga studio, specialized playrooms, three-level elevator and even a custom treehouse for the kids,” Gayton tells PEOPLE.

She continues, “There is 164’ of prime waterfront with 1.05 acres along Lake Washington with a boat dock,” adding that “a tram allows you to ride down to the waterfront or you may get your exercise by walking down 77 steps. It is an incredible home!”

Looking inside the impressive pad, guests are immediately greeted by the grand staircase and chandelier in the entryway.

Direct access to an outdoor patio along with a cozy fireplace are offered in the living area. A separate dining area is attached to the space as well.

The kitchen includes a 14-foot prep island equipped with a sink and barstool seating on one end. Sweeping views of the lake can be enjoyed while both cooking and dining.
