Ciara Celebrates Mother's Day with Russell Wilson and Her 4 Kids at the Zoo: 'Truly a Beautiful Day'

In a note to Wilson in the caption, the singer said it was "trippy" that their family doubled in size since the last time they went to the facility

Ciara had a wild Mother's Day at the zoo!

The "Goodies" singer, 38, shared a post on Instagram reflecting on her Mother's Day festivities on Sunday, May 12. She and her husband Russell Wilson took their whole family to the zoo.

The mom of four shared photos and clips from the day in a video set to U2's hit "Beautiful Day." The entire family took a photo in front of giraffes, fed them, and also got a glimpse of baby elephants.

"This was truly a beautiful day! Thank you @DangeRussWilson and our babies for making me feel all the love today and everyday!" Ciara captioned the video.

"P.S. kind of trippy that the 1st time we went to the zoo together [it] was 3 of us….9 years later….now we’re 6 deep!:)," she continued. "It’s truly gift and a blessing to be a Mommy to our precious angels. #HappyMothersDay to all the mamas."

Ciara shares son Future Zahir, 9 with her ex-fiancé, rapper Future. After tying the knot with Wilson in July 2016, the couple welcomed daughter Sienna Princess, 7, and son Win Harrison, 3. Ciara gave birth to their third child together, daughter Amora Princess, in December 2023.

The family's Mother's Day festivities come just a few months before Ciara joins Missy Elliott on tour alongside rappers Busta Rhymes and Timbaland this summer. She recently shared an Instagram post about her preparation to get back on the road.

"Trying to lose 70lbs post baby, prepare for a show and tour while breastfeeding, and running my businesses…Shout out to all my mammas out there gettin in, I see you! ToughSh$t. #MambaMentality🐍," she captioned a picture of herself wearing a sweatshirt on April 13.

Before her Mother's Day post, Ciara shared an Instagram post about motherhood on May 7. "Motherhood can be your soft girl era too 🤍" she wrote, alongside a photo of herself holding Amora.
